Seller Comments:
The note was created on February 26th, 2016. We sold 2 twenty acres of improved land and a home to a skydiving company. We spent 16 months obtaining permits and having this approved by the Pinal County Board of Supervisor. The owner has put over 100K in improvements to the property. We sold the entire package for 499K and we created a 206K note at 9% over 12 years fully amortized. After we close the owner worked out an agreement with the Public works to have the roads paved 1 1/4 mile to the 20 acres that the 206K note is on. He needed some help so we modified the note to go 7% for 36 months started June 30th, 2016 and will end on June 30th, 2019 and go back to 9% with the original payments of $2344.00. There are also 2 small balloon payments due in 2020. one for $4000.00 and one for $6,000.00.
