Original loan was on 5-3-07, since then we have worked with the borrower, created a Forbearance agreement and subsequent Note Modification. The taxes are currently delinquent in the amount of $17,539.38 and the borrower has been notified. There is a protective second with a different lender. The borrower has been very cooperative and would like to stay. Market value is from Zillow on 2-8-17, and will be updated from time to time. Note is interest only, and currently classified as Non-Performing. The loan was a stated loan so a formal 1008 was not executed. A custom submission form was used and property value at the time was the primary basis for the loan. That was customary for stated products in 2007.
