Seller Comments:
New Construction. Property was listed for sale March through June of this year, but asking price was too high. Look up address on MLS or Zillow to see listing and photos. Property is 95% complete but needs final and certificate of occupancy. 1st TD in place original amount $425,000 due about $ 600,000 at this time. Should be negotiable. Borrrower got $200,000 from me on a 4 month note to complete the new construction but ran into problems with the driveway retaining wall construction and approval from the city. This has all since been resolved and the work has been completed. He appears to have abandoned property since he is now in Peru and no work is being done here. I filed foreclosure and can postpone it August 14, 2017. I would prefer to sell the note at a discount and be done with this. Auction sale date is coming up August 15, 2017.
