I know that because I am the lender from the previous borrower; this is an REO. The previous borrower liquidated this property during bankruptcy resulting in a foreclosure. Previous property taxes were paid during the sale to the current borrower. This is the first time this property has been sold since the foreclosure.Every document I have (with the exception of his tax return) is a wet ink original.
