| Buyer Deposit |
The Buyer must submit a deposit within 24 hours of executing the Loan Purchase and Sale
Agreement by both parties of the transaction. The deposit is a dollar amount equal
to ten percent (10%) ofo the agreed upon purchase price of the note. Deposits are
refunded if the sale is not closed due to no fault of the buyer. |
